In the name of God Amen in the year of our Lord 1528 [missing] whole of mind and sick in body In this manner I make my Will my soul to Almighty God to our Lady Saint Mary and to all [the Holy company in heaven] and my body to be buried in the churchyard [missing] in Est pyrrye Also I give to our Lady of Lincoln [missing] mother church 2d. Also I give to the repair of the [Saint] Nicholas in barley 2 bushel Also to the repairs [missing] altar barley 2 bushels Also I give to the repairs [missing] barley a bushel Also I give to the repair of Saint Thomas [missing] barley a bushel Also I give to the rood light barley 2 [bushel] Also I give to the repair of the torches barley a bushel Also I give to the repair of the bells barley a bushel [missing] for my principal I give my best quick beast in re[cognition] of all forgotten duties belonging to God and Holy [missing] Also I give to my son William my cart and all in that belonging [missing] a plow and all that belonging there to with other catells in all to [missing] worth 40s to the behove of the child Also I give to my s[on] John Smyth a half acre of wheat also I give to the p[missing] wages and a young black heifer Also I give to my sister [missing] a bushel of wheat Also I give to the priests wages wh[eat] a bushel The residue of all other my goods I give Jho[ane] wife to bestow Jh[illeg] to the honour of God and the well [missing] souls and all Christians which I make my po[illeg] and my father Jh[on] Smyth with her and my ghostly father William Beley parson to be [missing] my for to see that my Will be truly fulfilled These men to w[itness] Jhon Smyth the younger and William Smyth his brother Wil[liam] Wydmyll and others
