In the Name of God Amen The fourteenth Day of December One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three I Gabriel Toombs of Potter Pury in ye County of Northampton being in moderate good health of Body and Sound and perfect Mind and Memory (Thanks be to Almighty God for the same) DO make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in Manner following That is to say, First and principally I commit and commend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God who gave it me And my Body to ye Earth from whence it came to be decently interred therein at ye Discretion of my Executor and executrix herein after mentioned and Named And as for such temporal Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me I give and dispose of ye same as followeth. Imprs I give and devise all that my messuage or Tenement and Malting and all other my Houses Outhouse Barn Stables Edifices Buildings Yards Orchards Gardens Backside and little Close or Pightle therunto belonging Scituate standing & being in Blackwell End in ye sd. Parish of Potters Pury and also all those two Acres of arable Land lying in a Furlong called Smally in ye common Fields of Potters Pury afsd. etc. with all Commons profits & Commodities whatsoever belonging to ye premises with ye Appurtences' To my loving Kinsman and Kinswoman Thomas Going and Mary his wife now of Potters Pury aforesd. To hold the same Messuage & premises and two Acres of arable Land with ye Appurtences' to my sd. Kinsman & Kinswoman Thomas & Mary Going & their Heirs to ye only use of ye sd. Thomas & Mary Going and their Heirs forever Charged & chargable notwithstanding with ye payment of all my just Debts.
Itm. I give and bequeath to ye abovenamed Thomas Going & Mary his Wife All my Goods & Chattels Debts & ready Money in whose hand soever they be or shall be found at ye Time of my Death
Item I doe hereby ordain constitute & appoint the sd. Thomas Going & Mary his Wife Executor & Executrix of this my Last Will & Testament hereby annulling & revoking all others In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal ye Day & year above written.
