Proved13 July 1732
To Sister Elizabeth Maynard my two Ews and Lambs now In Mr Thomas Scriveners Flock of Potters, and one pewter Dish now In my own Custody that was given my by my Godfathers and Godmothers.
To Mr Richd Scrivener pf Potters Pury in Trust for my Kinsman Thomas Potter Junr Son of Thomas Potter of Potters pury six pounds to be given twelve months after my decease, and Mr Richd Scrivener to put the same to Interest until he shall attain the age of 21 years, and in case he should die before 21, then to his sisters, Sarah and Ann Potter to be equally divided between them.
To loving wife Mary Walker my two tenements situate In Potters pury
Residue after debts paid etc to wife Mary Walker … my executrix
