Pursuant to an Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd Victoria cap 35 intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to Relieve Trustees." Notice is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claim or demand against of affecting the estate of the Reverend Samuel Briggs WARD, late of Quinton in the county of Northampton, Clerk, deceased (who died on the 18th day of May 1862, intestate) and to whose personal estate and effects letters of administration were granted by Her Majesty's Court of Probate out of the District Registry of Northampton on the 3rd day of June 1862 to Frederick Litchfield WARD of Burton Overy in the county of Leicester, Gentleman, (the son and one of the next of kin of the said deceased) are hereby required to send In the particulars of their debts or claims upon the estate of the said Samuel Briggs WARD to the said administrator at my office in Abington Street in the town of Northampton in the said county of Northampton, on or before the 15th day of December next, at the expiration of which period the said Frederick Lichfield WARD the administrator of the said Samuel Briggs WARD will distribute the assets of the said intestate as the law requires, having regard to the claims of which he shall then have had notice, and the said Frederick Litchfield WARD as such administrator as aforesaid shall not be liable for any part of such assets to any person of whose debt or claim he shall not then have had notice.Dated the 11th day of November 1862.
