Daniel WESTLEY of Roade, Northants, Shoemaker, on the 6th August 1861 assigned his estate and effects to George SMITH of Roade, Wheelwright, and William BENNETT of Northampton, Butcher, in trust for the benefit of his creditors. The assignment was attested by William SHOOSMITH of Northampton, Solicitor, at whose office, Milton Hall, Northampton, it now lies.
