Thomas Atterbury having paid no rent for several years & refusing to come to Account for the same distress was taken in Feb. 1749 - 1750 of the little effects he had which cleared all his arrears to Laday 1749 since the time the Estate reverted to his Grace & 8s 6d over towards this half year rent but this 4s arrears is lost & the cottage he had taken into hand & so it continued till Laday 1750 when Peter James entered upon it at the same rent. |
