Know all men by these here presence that I Thomas Atterbury of Road in the county of Northton Yeoman have visited of William Cooper of Road aforesaid yeoman the Summe of Eighteen pounds being in ffull satisfaction of the purchase money for one acre of Meadow in Dunsmore Meadow in the parish of Grafton in the county aforesaid which I the said Thomas Atterbury have sold to the said William Cooper by our deed Indented bearing even date with these presence In witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seale the seventeenth day of April 1682 in the four & thirty year of the reigne of our sovereign Lord king Charles the second ect.
