Item my will is farther that if my two sons Thomas and William Kingston should depart this life before they shall attain to the age of one and twenty years, then my will is that my said farm shall be divided betwixt my two daughters Grace and Elizabeth Kingston, and to their heirs forever or to the survivor of them and her heirs forever, but if it shall please God that my sons and daughters as aforesaid shall die without issue then my will is that my cousin Thomas Atkinson shall have my said farm to him and his heirs forever, provided always and my true intent & meaning is that if my said children shall die before their mother, that my wife shall enjoy my said farm during her life.
