The Court for Relief of Insolvent Debtors
The Matters of the Petitions and Schedules of the Prisoners hereafter named (the same having been filed in the Court) are appointed to be heard as follows:- At the Court House in Northampton in the County of Northampton on the 9th day of August 1830 at Ten o'clock in the forenoon precisely.

In the Affairs of Daniel ROBINSON deceased. Take notice that such of the cousins of Daniel ROBINSON of Whittlebury in the county of Northampton, Yeoman, who died on or about the 18th day of May 1806, being grandchildren of his father's brothers and sister and grandchildren of his mother's brother and sisters, as were living at the death of the testator's widow Ann ROBINSON which happened on the Itch day of February last, may receive a legacy, or sum of money payable to them under the will of the said Daniel ROBINSON of and from Mr Thomas BARFORD of Silston in the same county, the surviving trustee and executor thereof, by first legally proving their kindred in substantiation of such their claims to me, the undersigned, within six months from the date hereof, it being Mr BARFORD'S intention, at the expiration of that time to have the business completed.

N.B. For the information of Claimants it may perhaps be proper to observe that Daniel ROBINSON, the testator's father, was originally a native of Adderbury, in Oxfordshire, but in the year 1719 he married Elenor CLEVER Jun. of Wood Burcott in the parish of Towcester and then settled as a Foreign Shepherd, where he died, and was buried in Towcester Churchyard on the 13th of November 1755 (aged 67 years) and where his wife Elenor was buried on the 30th of March 1759 (aged 72 years)

Whereas by an Order of the High Court of Chancery made in a Cause WARREN ersus BARFORD, it was referred to John Edmund DOWDESWELL Esq., one of the Masters of the said Court to enquire and state to the Court who were the cousins of Daniel ROBINSON the testator in the proceedings named, grandchildren of his father's brothers and sister, and grandchildren of his mother's brother and sisters, living at the death of the said testator's widow Ann ROBINSON, and if any of them had since died, who were the personal representatives respectively, of such of them as had so died; and also to enquire and state to the Court who were the four daughters of the said testator's late cousin Joseph LINNELL, in the said testator's will named or referred to as legatees, and whether any and which of them died in the lifetime of the said Ann ROBINSON and whether any and which of them were since died, and if so who were the personal representatives of such of them as had since died, therefore any persons or person claiming to be such cousins as aforesaid of the said testator Daniel ROBINSON late of Whittlebury ill the county of Northampton, Yeoman, (who died in the month of May 1806) living at the death of the said testator's widow, Ann ROBINSON (who died in the month of February 1835) or any person claiming to be the personal representatives respectively of such of them as have since died, and also if any persons or person claiming to be such daughters of the said testator's late cousin, the said Joseph LINNELL, or any person claiming to be the personal representative of such of them as have died since the death of the said Ann ROBINSON are or is to come in and establish such of their respective claims or claim before the said Master Mr DOWDESWELL at his Office in Southampton Buildings, Chancery Lane, London, or in default thereof such persons or person will be excluded the benefit of the said Order.

Arthur BLAKISTON, late of Whittlebury near Towcester in the county of Northampton and now of Parkhurst in the Isle of Wight in the county of Hants, Schoolmaster, an insolvent debtor. Petition filed in the county Court of Hampshire at Newport. To appear there on the 29th February for his first examination. Mr Frederick BLAKE, Clerk of the Court, Official Assignee.
