Doth hereby grant bargain and sell unto the said Board of Guards. of the said Potterspury Union their Successors & ass. All that mess. or Tenement. Building & premises lately converted into & used as a Workhouse with the Garden Ground or plot of land in the front thereof & several or gardens yards converts & appert. There unto belonging situate standing & being in Yardley Gobion .
