John Bawcott late of Grafton Regis Grazier Deed proved 31st. October 1801 Sub £300
Bequeath to my Sister Grace Adams the Sum of five pounds to be paid to her within twelve months . Goods whatsoever in my House I give & bequeath unto my Housekeeper Ann Ross to and for her own use and [cewfil] for ever. I leave all my other Stock Crop Cows implements of a Dairy farm and personal Estate whatsoever or whosoever I give and bequeath unto my Friends William Gibbs of Blisworth Son of Francis Gibbs and to William Ross Brother of the said Ann Ross (now resident at Woolverton). Their Executors Administrators and Assigner. Upon Trust (illeg) that they my said Trustees do and shall as soon as maybe after my (illeg) and convert the same into money and put the money arising from such Sale out of interest and pay the yearly Interest thereof by quarterly payments in each year unto the said Ann Ross for her life the first payment of such Interest Money to commence and be paid unto her within three Kalendar Months next after my Decease. And after the Decease of the said Ann Ross to divide the principal money equally between the said William Gibbs and William Ross to and for their own use.
