This is the last Will and Testament of Sarah Finall of Grafton in the County of Northampton spinster I resign my soul to Almighty God in humble hopes of fforgivness or all my transgressions through the mediation of my blessed Redeemer Jesus Christ that my Body may be decently Buried in the churchyard of Grafton aforesaid I desire that all legal Debts I shall owe at the time of my decease with my funeral expences be paid I give and dispose of that four hundred pounds lying and being in the Old South Sea Stock in the following manner I give and bequeath the Sum of fforty pounds to my Brother William ffinal to be paid him within twelve months after my decease but if my Life shall exceed that of his I give and bequeath the same to his four children share and share alike I give and bequeath the sum of one hundred pounds to my Brother Richard ffinall I give and bequeath the sum of one hundred pounds to my nephews William ffinall and Henry ffinall sons of the aforesaid Richard ffinall share and share alike I give and bequeath the sum of one hundred pounds and all my wearing apparel and household ffurniture to my two nieces Mary ffinall and Susanna ffinal daughter of the aforesaid Richard ffinall share and share alike all the rest Residue and remainder of my Estate or Effects of what nature or kind soever I give and bequeath the same to my two Executors share and share alike for executing this my Will And I constitute and appoint my Brother Richard ffinall and my nephew Henry ffinall both of the parish of Wicken and county aforesaid Executors of this my last Will and Testament this to be my last Will hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof the said Sarah ffinall hath hereunto set her hand and seal this the eight day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty four Sarah Finall Signed spinster published and declared by the said Sarah ffinall as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our hands as Witnesses at her request in their presence and in the presence of each other Jo Sirgen John Bawcutt

This Will was proved at London on the twenty second day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty five before the Worshipful George Harris Doctor of Law Surrogate of this the Right Worshipful Peter Calvert Doctor of Law Master Keeper or Commissary of the prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Henry ffinall the Nephew of the deceased and one of the Executors named in the said Will to whom administration of all singular the Goods Chattles and Credits of the said deceased was granted he having been first sworn duly to Administer power reserved of within the like Grant to Richard ffinall the Brother of the said deceased and the other Executor named in the said Will when he shall apply for the same
