Elizabeth Finall Grafton Regis 10th. Oct. 1730 In the Name of God Amen. I Elizabeth Finall of Grafton in the County of Northampton being of a sound disposition mind & memory praise be to God for the same. Do this present Fifth Day of July in the forth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God Great Britain France & Ireland King Defender of the Faith and [Assopus] Dominions 1730 make this my last Will and Testament in form following First and principally I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my Creator hoping to be saved by the meritorious Death and passion of Jesus [let] my Redeemer. Secondly I comitt my Body to the Earth to [Codoroutly] buried at the Discretion of my Executors herein after named & as touching such temporal Estate as it please God to bestow upon me I give & Dispose thereof followeth.
Imprimis I give to my Sister Mary Final a Gown & Petticoat Item I give to my Cousin Randolph a ring and to his Daughter a dozen of Napkins. Item I give to my Niece Ann Findal my Satin Gown & worked petticoat and a Cluniqu Gown & petticoat & a Bed and beding. Item I give to my nephew William Finall a chest of Drawers & four Silver Spoons. Item I give to my Sister Anne Finall a Gown & Petticoat Calacus. Item I give to my Aunt Mary my black Silk petticoat. Item I give to my Nephew Richard Finall my House in Bucks now in the possession of William [Jerkin] . Item all my Linnen I give to my Nieces & Nephews to be equally divided & amongst them & ffive pounds apiece when they shall accompleth their respective Ages of One & twenty years old. Lastly to each of them a ring. Lastly all my personall Estate whatsoever or whomsoever I give to my Aunt Mary & Nephew William Finall share & share alike whom I make joint Executors of this my last Will & Testament. In Witness whereof I have set my hand and Seal the Day and Year above written.
