First I give and bequeath All and singular my, Household Goods and Implements of the Household plate Linen China Cattle Chattels ready money Securities for Money and all and singular other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever Unto John Christopher Mansel of Cosgrove (Mary asks John to dispose of her goods) And do and shall pay and apply the Interest Dividends and other produce thereof and every part thereof unto Kitty Tarry who lives with me and her Assigns for and during the term of her natural life. (after Kitty Tarry's death) All the said principal Trust monies and pay and divide the same unto and equally amongst my three Nieces Elizabeth Gurney Chapman, Mildred Chapman and Mary Chapman (the three daughters of my deceased Sister Mildred Chapman the late wife of Joseph Chapman of the Parish of Saint Ann in the Town of Hertford in the County of Hertford Miller.

I do give and bequeath to Elizabeth Kingston the widow of William Kingston of Hertford the sum of sixty pounds, secondly to Mildred Fletcher the wife of Samuel Fletcher of Nottingham One hundred pounds. Thirdly to my niece Mary Chapman, now resident with me, and Daughter of Joseph and Mildred Chapman, the residue of my Property.
