In the name of god Amen the year of our Lord god Mº ccccc xlj [1541]the xviij [18] day of October I henry Waddyngton of the pariche of grafton & the deanry of Preston within the Cownty of Northampton syke yn body & in good mynd & remembrance makythe my last wyll in manner and formme folowyng Fyrst I bequeth my soull unto god unto our lady & to all the holly Company of heven And my body to be buryd within the church yard of Lady within the pariche of grafton Allso I bequethe unto the mother church of Peterbrugh iiij[4]d Also I bequethe unto my iij[3] daughters Ursula Elyzabet and Margarett every one of them a heckfer and a shyppe And yff any of them dye that partt to be devydyd betweyn the other ij[2] and so consequently to the lyngyst lyver off them Allso I bequethe unto Jaymys Waddyngton my Father a callff & my goune.
