I Ann Warr of Grafton in the County of Northampton Widow make my last Will. I resign my Soul to Almighty God in Humble hopes of Forgiveness of My Transgressions through the Mediation of My Blessed Redeamer. I give to my Nephew Richard Wigan and William Wigan All my furniture Household goods and Personal Estate of whatsoever or wheresoever In Trust that the said Richard Wigan and William Wigan or the Survivors or the Executors or Adminstrators of such Survivors. I give dispose and deliver the Same to Mary the Wife of Joseph Gallard of Yardley Gobion to be paid delivered or given upto the said Mary Gallard or Any of her Children in Such manner and such Times and Such proportion as the said Mary Gallard shall by any Writing or Writings or by the last Will In Writing signed in the presence of two or more Credible Witnesses. Direct give or appoint, and the Same Personal Estate not be subject to the debts demanded on Conture of her Present or any Future Husband but that her receipts order or appointment shall be a Sufficient discharge as if she was sole and unmarried, and I constitute the said Richard Wigan and William Wigan Executors of this my Will In Witness I have set my Hand This Seventh day of May One Thousand and Seven Hundred Eighty Four.

Know all men by these Present that we Richard Wigan and William Wigan the Residuary, Legatees and executors named in the last Will and Testament of Ann Warr late of Grafton Regis in the County of Northampton Widow deceased in trust and to and for the sole Use and benefit of Mary the Wife of Joseph Gallard of Yardley Gobyeon in the said County of Northampton Dairy Man for certain Causes us hereunto moving do renounces and disclaim the Execution of the said last Will and Testament of the said Ann Warr deceased and to the Intent that this our Renunciation may have it's due effect we do hereby constitute and appoint Samuel Smith one of the Proctors of the Consistory Court of the Right Reverend the Lord Bishop of Peterborough and the Archdeacon of Northampton our lawful Proctor for us and in our Names to appear before the Judge of the said Court or his lawful Surrogate and pray and procure this our Renunciation to be admitted and accepted to all Intent and Purposes in the Law. And we do consent as far as by Summorary or can that Letters of Administration of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased with her said last Will and testament annexed be committed and granted to the said Mary Gallard. And we do hereby promise to ratify and Confirm all and whatsoever our said Proctor shall lawfully do or cause to be done in or about the Premises In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and Seals this Twentysixth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eightysix.
