Know all men by these Present that we Richard Wigan and William Wigan the Residuary, Legatees and executors named in the last Will and Testament of Ann Warr late of Grafton Regis in the County of Northampton Widow deceased in trust and to and for the sole Use and benefit of Mary the Wife of Joseph Gallard of Yardley Gobyeon in the said County of Northampton Dairy Man for certain Causes us hereunto moving do renounces and disclaim the Execution of the said last Will and Testament of the said Ann Warr deceased and to the Intent that this our Renunciation may have it's due effect we do hereby constitute and appoint Samuel Smith one of the Proctors of the Consistory Court of the Right Reverend the Lord Bishop of Peterborough and the Archdeacon of Northampton our lawful Proctor for us and in our Names to appear before the Judge of the said Court or his lawful Surrogate and pray and procure this our Renunciation to be admitted and accepted to all Intent and Purposes in the Law. And we do consent as far as by Summorary or can that Letters of Administration of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased with her said last Will and testament annexed be committed and granted to the said Mary Gallard. And we do hereby promise to ratify and Confirm all and whatsoever our said Proctor shall lawfully do or cause to be done in or about the Premises In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and Seals this Twentysixth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eightysix.
