This is the last Will of John Warr of Grafton Regis in the County of Northampton I resign my soul to Almighty God in Humble Hopes of Forgiveness of my Transgressions through the Mediation of my Blessed Redeemer. I will that Legal debts I shall owe at my Death with my Funeral Expenses be paid : I give to My Dear Wife Ann Warr Fifty pounds to be paid In one Month after My Decease and also the Furniture In the Parlour and In My Bedchamber I give to My Sister Mary Webb One Hundred Pounds I give to Mary Wife of Joseph Gallard of Yardley Gobion Twenty pounds All the Remainder of my Personal Estate I give to my Brother William Warr whom I Constitute sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all Former Wills by me made ratify and Confirm This Writing as My last Will. In Witness whereof I have hereto Set my Hans and Seal this Twentyforth day of January One Thousand and Seven Hundred Seventy Eight.

On the 22nd. Day of May 1784 William Warr the sole Executor named in the within Will was then sworn well and faithfully to perform the same of that He Deceased at the time of his Death was possessed of a Personal Estate to the Amount of One Thousand Pounds
