This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Warr of Grafton Regis in the County of Northampton Yeoman in manner and form following (that is to say) First I give and bequeath to my dear Wife Mary Warr and my Son William Warr All and singular my Household Goods and Implements of Household Plate Linen China Dairy and Brewing Vessel Implements and the Utensils in Husbandry Horse Cows Oxen Sheep Pigs and Cattle of all kinds Corn Grain Hay and growing Crops Monies and Securities for Money Chattels and all and singular other my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of every nature sort and kind soever. To hold the same unto and to the use of my said Wife and my said Son William Warr equally to be divided between them share and share alike and to their several and respective executors administrators and assigns to and for their own respective use benefit and disposal not doubting but hereby earnestly soliciting my said Wife to give and dispose of her share thereof by her last will and Testament or otherwise unto and amongst my said Son William Warr and my two other Children John Warr and Mary Angus the Wife of Joseph Angus (for both of whom I have already provided) in such an equitable and fair division thereof as she my said Wife shall in her own discretion and feeling towards All her Children and considering their duty and proper and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife and my said Son William Warr joint Executrix and Executor of this my last Will and Testament. And Lastly I do hereby revoke disannul and make void all and all manner of former and other will and wills by me at any time or times heretofore made and do declare and publish this and this alone to be and contain my true and whole last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Warr the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the twentysixth day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand eighthundred and twentysix.

On the 4th. day of November 1848 William Warr of Yardley Gobion in the County of Northampton Farmer the surviving Executor named in the within written will of Thomas Warr late of Grafton Regis in the County of Northampton Yeoman deceased was sworn well and faithfully to perform and fulfill the said according to Law and that the deceased at the time of his death (which happened on or about the nineth day of August 1848) was not possessed of goods & Chattels and Credit to the Value of Sixhundred Pounds.
