Stephen Webb 1732
June 25th.
I Stephen Webb of Grafton Regis in the County of Northampton grazier being not well in health of body yet of perfect memory and understanding praise be therefore given to Almighty God. Do make my last Will and Testament in manner following. Item I give and bequeath unto my Son William Webb and Ann my wife Twenty shillings apiece. Item I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth daughter of my son William the Sum of forty shillings and give my son William's other Children twenty shillings apiece (that is to say) Thomas John William Richard Robert and Ann. Item I give and bequeath unto my two grandsons Stephen and Richard son's of my son Stephen Webb the Sum of Ten pounds apiece. Item I give unto my granddaughter Elizabeth Daughter of my son William Webb them two boxes which was my wife's. Item I give unto my two granddaughters the said Elizabeth and Ann Webb Daughters of my son William Webb each of them a puter Dish of the best? Sort marked with an :s:a:n: and :e: and each of them a puter plate marked with the Same letters or marks and I give the said Elizabeth my granddaughter Webb a warming Pann all which said Legatyes shall be paid in Lawfull money by my Exectors twelve Months next after my Decease. Item all the Rest of my goods and Chattels and Cattell what forever or whosoever not herein given, I give and bequeath unto my son Stephen Webb his Sons and assignees for ever whom I make sole executor and that he shall pay all my Debts Legarcyes and funeral expenses and I so revoke and make void all afore wills by me made. In witness where of I have unto sett my hand and seal the twelth Day of May 1731
