Nuncupative John Whaley of Grafton Regis 1624

Memorandum: that I John Whaley of Grafton Regis in the Countie of Northampton yeoman being of perfect mind and memorie declared his mind and will to the effect followinge viz. to Anne Goodman his daughter he gave xx li. [£20] of Lawfull English money. To James Whaley his youngest sonne hee gave x li. [£10] of Like money and in Consideracion his sonne Christopher Whaley should pay and discharge the said severall Legacies and find him the said John being very aged sufficient and Competent meate drinke Cloathes and Lodging during his naturall life hee gave to him the said Christofer Whaley all the residue of his goods Cattle Chattles and debts .
