James White 1593

In the name of god amen the xj[11]th day September ….. 1592 I James White of Grafton in the County of Northampton Taylor Doe ordayne and make this my last will and testament in manner and forme followinge First I bequeath my soule to Allmyghtie god our heavenly Father my maker and redeemer and my body to be buried in the Churchyard of Grafton aforesayd Item I give to the mother Church of Peterburgh ijd [2d] further I give to my sonn Edward White of london grosser my best cowe and to my kinswoman Joane Yearle my browne cowe and a.. bedd Item all the rest of my goods moveable and unmovble I give to my sonn Henrie White Edward White and to the sayd Joan Yearle the lease of howse excepted which I give to my sonn Edward White aforesaid Item I ordayne and make Annes my wiffe my whole and sole Executrix of this my last will and testament and to see this my last will performed I ordayne and make hir posesser of all this my worldly goods duringe hir naturall life and not any of these parties before mencioned nor any for them to moleste or troble her for the same or any part or parcell thereof duringe hir naturall life aforesaid and then these thre parties aforesaid to impart all these goods indifferently by even portions without striffe covent or fraude as the goods shall arise and yf any of the sayd parties shall chaunce to depart thes naturall liffe before my wiffe that then all such goods to remayne to the survivour and survivours of the sayd parties Item I owe to the draper of Daventry vs Mr. Balldwine sheperd of Allderton oeth me a vijs [7s]
