GRAFTON

June 6th - 10th 1705
Whereas Edward CAVE, late of Grafton in the County of Northampton, Serge-maker, hath surrendered himself to the major part of the Commission of Bankrupt against him, and been examined touching the Discovery of his Estate; These are therefore to give Notice, that he will attend the said Commissioners on the 26th instant, of 6 in the afternoon, at the Irish Chambers, in Guildhall, London, to finish his
Examination, when and where such creditors as think fit may attend to show Cause why a Certificate should not be issued, pursuant to the late Act of Parliament.
June 27 -July 1 1706
To attend the Commissioners on the 11th instant to finish his examination. Creditors to attend to show why his certificate should not be allowed. Certificate to be allowed on or before the 12th August next.

November 14th - 16th 1710
Whereas the Right Honourable the late Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain did refer the Certificate of Edward CAVE of Grafton in the county of Northampton, Serge maker, to Mr Baron BURY and Mr Baron PRICE, this is to give notice that the same Certificate will be confirmed as the Act decrees, unless his Creditors shall on Saturday the 20 of December next, at Serjeants Inn Hall in Chancery Lane at 4 in the afternoon, show good cause to the contrary.

GRAFTON REGIS

July 21st - 26th 1680
These are to give Notice, that near Grafton Regis, in the County of Northampton, on May last, was found a Bay Gelding, fifteen hands and a half high, a Ball Face, four White Feet, burnt on the near Leg behind, for a Spavin, hath his hinder legs broke, two new Girths, one cut in pieces, and thr
ust into a Hedge hard by; by the Owner or Rider of the Horse, suspected to be Murthered; If any Inquire of William BARWICK at the Sign of the Sun in Grafton Regis or of Mr ROOKS at the Ship in Cheapside, they may hear further.

Court for Relief of Insolvent Debtors The following Prisoners are ordered to be brought up before the Judge of the Courts as hereinafter set forth. Before the Judge of the County Court of Northamptonshire holden at Northampton an Wednesday the 7th day of March 1855, Robert WARR Late of Grafton Regis near Stony Stratford, Northamptonshire, Innkeeper and Farmer, then lodging at the house of John COOR, Farmer, Walgrave, near Northampton, Northamptonshire, and late lodging at the house of Frederick DRUCE, Loughton, near Stony Stratford, Buckinghamshire, in no business.
