All the peece or [pavieh] of unpaled ground with the appertenances commonly called and known by the severall names of Grafton and Potter perry parkes situated lying and being in the parishes of Grafton Perry, Yardley Gubbine Paulers perry and Aldrington in the County of Northampton Abuttinge upon the Town field of Aldrington on the North, and the Town of Grafton on the East And upon the highway headinge between Stony Stratford and Towcester on the South conteyninge by estimacen One thousand and three acres and one rood more or less And all that Lodge with appertenances situate and being on the North side of the said Parke And all Houses Edifices Buildings Barnes Stables Orchard Gardens yards and Curtilages to the same belonging or apperteyneinge. Also All the Messuage or Tenenent dwelling house or Lodge with all the appertances Comonly called Perry Lodge situate & beinge on the South side of Perry park aforesaid And all Houses edifices structure Buildings Barnes Stables and houses orchards gardens yards [Harbsicles] Course yards and cartilages to the same belonginge or any wise apperteyninge And all ways passages Light ... water watercourses.
