Parcel of Possessions of Charles Stewart 14th August 1650.

Grafton Messuage called The Kinges Arms, late in tenure of Marthana Wilson and all that part of the Gallery without the wall there, 1 acre in all, the close now divided into three all bounded west by Grafton Road and east with the Church field, abutting south upon part of the Gallery aforesaid, 6 acres, with all timber trees thereon. Rent, £12-6s.-8d. p.a. timber valued at 34s.-6d. By letters patent 1st June 1629 king demised premises to William and John Faldow for 40 yrs. term, demise assigned to Sir Francis Crane. Particular made by William Ivory. Agreed that premises be sold to John Hasilrige.
