A Committee meeting was held in the Schoolroom on 15 December.
The meeting was opened and closed with prayer.

Present. The Rector, Messrs Elliott, Gascoyne, S. Hall & Secretary.

Minutes. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed.

Finance. The Rector reported that £4 had been placed in the Bank. £1. 0. 4d in hand & Secty stated that he held £1. 4. 9½ = total = £6. 5. 1½.

W.D. & D. Secretary reported that W.D. & Dance for 12th December was cancelled owing to illness.

It was agreed to have a W.D. & Dance on Boxing Day, 26 Dec & Messrs Lunn & S Hall appointed to act as M.Cs., and Mr Gascoyne to be at the door and receive cash. Secretary reported that certain statements had been made concerning himself and after discussion a Vote of Confidence was passed and that, if in future, any reports concerning the Club or any member of same, the facts are to be reported immediately to the Committee.

Social. It was agreed that the Parish Party be held on Dec 31st and that the Club advance the necessary funds for purchase of Refreshments and that the G.F.S. members be asked to cooperate & undertake to supply to the company present.

A Committee meeting was held in the Schoolroom on 5th January

Present. Messrs Elliott (Presiding), S Hall, S Gascoyne, S Markham, W Bosworth & Secretary.

Finance. Secretary reported £7. 13. 8½d in hand.

Parish Social. Mrs Allen asked for 2/- to be paid to her for Sweeping Floor after P. Party. Mr Elliott handed Secretary this amount (which has since been given to Mrs Allen).

Mr Bosworth handed in 5/- as profit on Refreshments and a further amount of 6/- is due from Committee of Choir supper Fund for surplus refreshments.

Proposed and agreed that 2/- be paid to Mrs Morton for services rendered (since paid to her (and she expressed her thanks to the Committee.).

W.D. & D. Profit from WD. & D. on Dec 26th £2.17 0d.

Agreed for W.D. & D. on January 23rd.

A Committee Meeting was held in the Schoolroom on 12 Jany. 1925

The meeting was opened and closed with prayer.

Present. The Rector (Presiding), Messrs. Elliott, Gascoyne, Bosworth, G Webb, & Secretary.

Finance. An annonomous gift of £1 was handed in by Mr Elliott as a donation to be used solely towards the purchase of a Billiard Table.
Mr Bosworth handed in 2/6 on behalf on G.F.S. to cover expenses of Coal & Oil used at their Social evening on Jany 9.
Total cash balance £9. 2. 9½d.

W.D. & D. To be held on Jany 23. Messrs S Gascoyne & W Bosworth to act as M.C's.

Agreed that all alteration of figures on Score Cards must be initialled by the M.C. or a member of the Committee.

A Committee Meeting was held in the Schoolroom on 2nd February

The meeting was opened and closed with prayer.

Present. The Rector (Presiding), Messrs. Gascoyne, Bosworth, G Webb & Secty.

Finance. Cash in hand £9. 18. 5½d.

W. D. & D. Secretary reported that 14/6d was cleared on W.D. & Dance held on Jany 26. Agreed to have a W.D. & Dance on Feby 6. Messrs Gascoyne and Lunn to act as M.Cs.

Further agreed that any late persons desiring to play to lose 5 tricks on each hand played.

Billiard Table. Mr Bosworth handed in a copy of Northampton Echo shewing a Billiard Table advertised for sale at £6. 10. 0d. After discussion it was agreed that Messrs. Lunn & Bosworth visit Northampton to make arrangements for purchase if suitable.

A Committee meeting was held in the Schoolroom on 23 Feby.

The meeting was opened and closed with prayer.

Present. Rector (presiding), Messrs. Gascoyne, Morton, Bosworth, G. Webb, Secty.

Finance. Balance in hand £10. 12. 0d.
Decided to pay the Rector cash (as much as funds permit) on behalf of moneys advanced, viz £6. 2. 6d for purchase of Billiard Table and withdraw balance from Bank.

Thanks were given to Mr Bosworth and Secty for purchase of billiard table which meets with the approval of Club.

After discussion, the Rector gave permission for the Club to be opened on Saturday evenings from 6 to 9pm.

A vote of thanks were accorded to Mr and Mrs Lunn for interest taken in the welfare of Club.

Decided that Messrs. Gascoyne and W Allen be given prize of 2/- & 1/- respectively for Domino Tournament.

23.3.25.

A Committee Meeting was held in the School Room on 23 March

The meeting was opened and closed with prayer.

Present. Rector (presiding), Messrs Gascoyne, Markham, Morton, G Webb, Bosworth & Secty.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed.

Finance. Balance in hand £11. 2. 1½.

Treasurer. Rector proposed that Mr P Morton take on the duties of Treasurer to which he agreed.

Draught Tournt. William & Ken Allen a tie, to be played off.

Billiard Table. Agreed that the following rules be adopted.

Four players only to play at same time.
No smoking during the playing of a game.
A time limit of 45 minutes for each set.
Each set to be made up as members arrive, or mutually arranged between them.

27 April 1925

A Committee meeting was held in the Schoolroom on 27 April

The meeting was opened & closed with prayer.

Present. The Rector (presiding), Messrs Elliott, Gascoyne, S Markham, G Webb, Bosworth, Treasurer & Secty.

The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed.

Treasurer reported "cash in hand" £5.

It was agreed for Treasurer to pay over to the Rector 28/- for Rent of Schoolroom for the months from 1st Oct '24 to 30 April 1925 @ 4/- per month.

Agreed for the General meeting to be held on Friday 1st May at 8 o'clock.

Agreed to hold a W.D. & Dance on Friday, 15 May. Messrs Gascoyne & Bosworth to act as M.Cs.

A General meeting was held in the Schoolroom on Friday 1st May.

The meeting was opened and closed with prayer.

The Rector presided.

The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed.

The Secretary submitted Balance Sheet showing Receipts & Expenses for the year From 1st March 1924 to 30th April 1925, which was confirmed.

Treasurer reported Cash in hand £3. 9. 3d.

The Officers & Committee were reelected for the year, with the addition of W Webb.

Messrs W Bosworth and S Markham were elected as Capt & Vice Capt respectively for Cricket season.

Agreed that the subscription to be 2/6d and to be paid on or before June 1st

The Rector offered to the Club five cricket balls at 2/6 each and it was agreed to accept and to pay for them out of the cricket subscriptions.

A vote of thanks was passed for his kindness.

During a general discussion it was agreed that members of the winter club who did not wish to play cricket should be exempt from paying this subscription for the summer session.
