Premises were leased 31st August 11610 to John Eldred and William Whitemore for 40 years upon termination of lease for 3 lives 26th July 1587, last died 26th Nov. 1623, rent 27s-8d p.a.

Premises leased 2nd December 1638 to James Hoare and Richard Winckles for 31 years from termination of lease 11th May 1615 for 60 years, rent 3s. per annum.
Cottage and small close of 2 acres in occupation of Richard Brookes, rent 6s.-8d per annum. Improved value 33s.-4d per annum. Leased 21st May 1638 to Thomas England and Richard Fittzhugh for 31 years to start after termination of lease 29th October 1587 for lives of Thomas Foster senior and junior and Edmund Foster, rent 6s.-8d. per annum.
Cottage and close of 2 acres in Grafton in tenure of Robert Brookes, rent 10s per annum, improved value £3-16s. leased 16th July 1600 for 31 years- 13 still to come, leased 20th May 1638 to Thomas England and Richard Fittzhugh.
