20th February 1650/1 Order to William Ivory gent. to make survey of lands of Charles Stewart. Several messuages, lands etc. within parish and manor of Grafton in occupation of John Atterbury, William Reeve, Robert Brookes and Peter Browne.

Messuage and close of land of 1 acre adjoining, close of pasture of 1 acre, 1 rod, 38 acres 2rods of arable and leys land dispersed in parcels within the common fields: - The Highfield 14 acres, the Lowe Field 12 acres 1 rod, The Towne field 12 acres 1 rod, 2 parcels of meadow belonging 2 acres 2 rods, in occupation of John Atterburie, value £16-12s-4d per annum, timber trees on premises £4-10s. p.a. Premises were leased 31st August 11610 to John Eldred and William Whitemore for 40 years upon termination of lease for 3 lives 26th July 1587, last died 26th Nov. 1623, rent 27s-8d p.a.

Cottage and appurtenances in Grafton, close of pasture adjoining of 3 rods, occupation of William Reeve 3s.-4d p.a. Improved value above rent £6-16s-8d. Premises leased 2nd December 1638 to James Hoare and Richard Winckles for 31 years from termination of lease 11th May 1615 for 60 years, rent 3s. per annum.

Cottage and small close of 2 acres in occupation of Richard Brookes, rent 6s.-8d per annum. Improved value 33s.-4d per annum. Leased 21st May 1638 to Thomas England and Richard Fittzhugh for 31 years to start after termination of lease 29th October 1587 for lives of Thomas Foster senior and junior and Edmund Foster, rent 6s.-8d. per annum.

Cottage and close of 2 acres in Grafton in tenure of Robert Brookes, rent 10s per annum, improved value £3-16s. leased 16th July 1600 for 31 years- 13 still to come, leased 20th May 1638 to Thomas England and Richard Fittzhugh.

Cottage with Smith's forge, ground of 10 perches belonging, tenure of Peter Browne, 12d. p.a. in rent, value 9s. Leased 15th Dec. 1623 to Christopher Browne for 31 years.

Messuage in Grafton Regis with all edifices, buildings, barns, stables, backsides, orchards, yards, gardens, court yards, curtilages etc. belonging, close of pasture abutting north on the town street and south on the Town field, 1 acre, several parcels of arable land dispersed in the Towne field 10 acres 2 rods, parcels of arable in Lowe field 12 and a half acres, parcels of arable in The High field 13 acres, parcels called The Leyes in The Fenn field 1 acre, parcels called the Gogwire 1 acre, ground of 2 rods in the Well Springe, parcel 1 acre in The Fenn. Parcel of meadow ground called The Mill Holmes 1 acre 2 rods, in occupation of Anne Goodman, value £16-0s-8d. per annum, leased 31st August 1610 to John Eldred and William Whitemore for 30 yrs.
