I Robert Adams of Haversham in the County of Bucks being weak of Body but of perfect memory of mind Do make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say I Commit my Soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it trusting in Salvation alone through the Meritts of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ My Will is that all my late Brother Phillip Adams Goods and Chattells shall be Sold to pay his Debts and my Brother Matthew Adams to have all the remainder And I do nominate Mr Joseph Smith of Newport Pagnell to be Intrusted to see my late Brother Phillip Adams Debts paid I likewise give and bequeath to my Brother Mathew all my Stock of Cattle within and without and Grain within and without and all my Goods in my house Except the whole Furniture in the best room which I give to my Suspected Wife I do nominate Mr Joseph Smith of Newport Pagnell to be Chief and Sole Executor In trust along with my Brother Mathew Adams to see my Will fullfilled and he the said Joseph Smith to have five pounds a year for his trouble And I do Commit my Body to be buryed in the Parish Church of Shurinton [Sherington] at the Discretion of my Executors above mentioned Robt Adams Witness Richd Hoddle Jeremiah Browson Richd Smith
