In the name of god Amen: I Robert Atterberie of Haversham in the countie of Bucks: husbandman beinge sicke and weake in bodie, but of perfect minde and memorie I thanke god, doe make this my laste will and testament in manner and forme as followeth; Imprimis I give my soule into the handes of allmyghtie god, my most gratious creator, and redeemer; Item my bodie to be decentlie buried in the churchyard of Haversham; Item I give unto George Atterberie my sonne twelve pence and I give unto every one of my other sonnes and daughters xijd a peece, to be paide them within one moneth after my death; Item all my other goods and chattels unbequeathed, I give unto Joane my beloved wife, whom I make my sole executrix of this my last will and testament In witness whereof I have heare unto put my hande and seale this nine and twentieth daie of October in the yeare of our lord god one thousand six hundred thirtie and seaven Annoq' Regis Carolie xiij Signed Roberte Atterberie sealed signed and delivered by the above named Robert Atterberie in the presence of Mich Bostocke Thomas Carter
