In the Name of God Amen I John Atterberry of the parish of Haversham in the County of Bucks being infirme of body but of Sound minde and memory praised be God for the same doe make and declare this to be my last will and testament in manner and forme following That is to say ffirst and Pricipally I Commend my Soule into the hands of Almighty God my Creator hopeing through the merits death and passion of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have full and free pardon and forgiveness of all my sins and my body I commit to the earth to be decently buryed at the Care and discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named And as touching the disposing of all such temporall Estate Reall or Personall as it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I give and dispose thereof as followeth Imprimis I give and bequeath to Elizabeth Newman the daughter of John Newman the summe of ten pounds Item I give and bequeath to Amy Newman the summe of ten pounds All the residue of my goods Chattells Bills Bonds debts whatsoever together with all my personall Estate whatsoever or wheresoever and not by me herein before bequeathed I give to my only daughter Ann Atterberry to her and her heires for ever but in Case my daughter Ann Atterberry dye before the age of one and twenty then I give and bequeath all my said goods Chattells Bills Bonds debts together will all my Personall Estate whatsoever or wheresoever belonging to my daughter Ann Atterberry to Thomas Green Ann Green Elizabeth Newman and Amy Newman to be equally divided among them Lastly I doe appoint that Ann Atterberry pay all my debts and ffunerall Expences I doe make Sarah Roberts widow ffull and Sole Executrix of this my last will and testament: And doe hereby revoke all former Wills In Witness whereof I Have hereunto sett my hand and Seale this fifth day of October in the year of our Lord 1718 And in the ffifth year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne George of Great Brittaine ffrance and Ireland King etc the marke of John Atterberry.
