In the name of God Amen I Frances Bostock of Haversham in the county of Bucks widdow for the settlinge that worldly estate God hath been pleased of his goodness to bestowe upon mee doe make this my will and Testament in manner and forme following ffirst my will is that my body shall bee decently buryed in the Parish Church where I shall lay downe my earthly Tabernacle for att the discretion of mine Executors here after named Item my will is that all be Legacies given or to any person whatsoever by my late deare husband and the Michaell Bostocke Clerk deceased together we hath such debts as shall bee owinge by mee to any person at my death be forthwith after my decease paid by mine executors And all whereof Robert Newman of Haversham aforesaid Clerke by agreement made between him and mee is to pay me the Sume of Thirty pounds yearly during his the said Robert Newmans life At the two most usual Feasts in the year That is to say at Michaelmas and Lady Day by equal portions Now my will is and I doe truly give and out of the said Thirty Pounds per Annum unto my ……..  the sum of Tenn pounds yearly to bee paid him as longe as the said Robert Newman shall live Alsoe I give and devise out of the same Thirty pounds per Annum to ffrances Gough my Grandchilde the sum of ffive pounds thereof or yearly to be paid her as long as the said Robert Newman shall live Alsoe I doe hereby give and devise out of the aforesaid Thirty Pounds per Annum to Dorothy Bostocke my daughter the sume of three pounds thereof to be paid her yearly as long as the said Robert Newman shall live Also I doe hereby give and devise out of the said Thirty pounds …  and unto Thomas Gough my Grandchilde the sume of fforty shillings thereof to bee paid him in yearly as longe as the said Robert Newman shall live Item I do hereby give unto Michaell Bostocke Sonne ffive pounds unto Edward Bostocke my sonne ffive pounds unto Ann Bostocke daughter in Law ffive pounds and to Francis Spencer my Grandchild Twenty shillings to William Walhead my Grandchilde Twenty shillings All generall Legacies here given and devised by mee the said ffrance unto the said Michaell Edwards Anne Bostocke Francis Spencer  and to William Walhead my will is that mine Executor do and then with in two yeares after my decease Item I doe hereby make my Sonne Richard Bostocke executor of this my present will hereby renouncing all former wills whatsoever by mee heretofore made In witness whereof the said ffrancis Bostock have here unto sett my hand and Seale the ….enth day of July in the yeare of our Lord God  Accordinge to the Accounts now Used in England One thousand and eight The mark of ffrances Bostocke Signed Sealed and published to bee last will and Testament of the within named ffrances Bostocke in the presence of R..
