In the Name of God Amen I James Cole in the parish of Haversham and in the County of Bucks being infirme in body but of sound minde and memory (praised be God for the same) do make and declare this to be my Last Will and testament in manner and forme following that is to say ffirst and Principally I Commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my Creator hopeing through the merits death and passion of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have full and free pardon and forgivness of all my Sins And my body I Committ to the Earth to be decently buryed at the Care and discretion of my Executrixes hereinafter mentioned And as touching the disposition of all such Temporall Estate as it hath pleased God to bestowe upon me I give and dispose thereof as followeth Imprimis I give and bequeath to my son Aquila Cole one shilling Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Hellen Harding one shilling Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Hakes one shilling All the residue of my goods Chattells Bills Bonds debts together with all my Personall Estate whatsoever or wheresoever and not by me herein before bequeathed I give to my loving wife during the terme of her naturall life And after her decease I doe give and bequeath to my daughter Priscilla Cole all the above mentioned goods Chattells Bills Bonds debts together with all my Personall Estate whatsoever or wheresoever to her and to her heires for ever Lastly I doe make my loving Wife and my daughter Priscilla Cole full Executrixes of this my Last Will and Testament: and doe hereby revoke all former wills by me made In Witnesse whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale this first day of Aprill in the year of our Lord 1719 and in the ffifth year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord George of Great Brittaine France and Ireland King etc James Cole Signed Sealed and published by the Testator in the presence of us who have Subscribed our names in the presence of the Testator Jere[miah]: Browton William Roberts
