In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Cox Being weak in Body But perfect in Mind and Memory as this my last Will and Testament Item I give to Edward Hanes one Shilling Item I give my Son Thomas Cox one Shilling the Son of Thomas Cox and Jane Cox Item I give to my Daughter Abegail one Brass pan one of the three least And I make my Daughter Martha Executor the Daughter of Thomas Cox and Hannah Cox and Wife Executor with my Daughter Martha But if my Daughter Martha Die and Leave no Issue the Same Goods and Cattle Shall Return to Thomas Cox the Son of Thomas Cox and Jane Cox as this my last Will and Testament Revoaking all Wills and Testaments: Wittness My Hand and Seal the 16th day of June Ano Dom 1721 Thomas Cox Wittnesses Thomas Kirkland Thomas Shellnock
