This is the last Will and Testament of me
John Greeves of
Haversham in the county of Bucks Yeoman which I make and ordain in manner and from following (that is to say) First I will order and direct that all my just Debts and funeral Expences and the charges of Proving this my will be paid by my Executors hereinafter named next I give and bequeath unto my wife Martha the several mortgages notes and securities for money due to me from
John Green of
Battlesden in the county of Bedford
William Richardson of
Thornborough Mill in the county of Bucks Miller
Samuel Coles of
Buckingham and
Samuel Harris of
Whaddon To hold the same Securities and all monies which shall be due thereon at the time of my decease unto my said wife
Martha her Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever to and for her and there proper use and benefit Also I give and bequeath unto my said wife
Martha the use and occupation of the Dwelling house and houses occupied by me at
Haversham aforesaid for so long time as she shall choose to live there in and also all such household Goods and furniture in and about the same Dwelling house and promises as she shall make their offer to and for her own use to be at her own disposal Also I give and devise and bequeath unto my two sons
John Greaves and
William Greaves now residing at
Haversham aforesaid all and every my Messuages Cottages Closes Lands Tenements Hereditaments and premises situate standing lying and being in the Parish Fields and Liberties of
Haversham aforesaid And also all the rest residue and remainder of my freehold copy hold and real Estate and Effects securities for Money Goods Chattels and Personal Estates whatsoever and wheresoever To hold the same real and Personal Estates unto them the said
John Greaves and
William Greaves their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns according to the nature and quality of my said Estates equally between them share and share alike as tenants in common and not as joint Tenants And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said two Sons
John Greaves and
William Greaves and my Brother
Thomas Greaves of
Abthorpe in the county of Northampton joint Executors of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declaring this only to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I the said
John Greaves the Testator have here unto set my hand and seal there fourth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirteen
John Greaves Signed sealed published and declared by the said John Greaves the Testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses to the same
