Name of God Amen I Mary Holman of Haversham Mill in the County of Bucks Widow being of sound mind and memory constitute and appoint this Present Writing my last Will and Tenement and do nominate Mr Roger Ratliffe of Haversham aforesaid Sole Executor hereof I give and bequeath to my Son John Holman the sum of two Hundred Pounds I give and bequeath to my Son David Holman the Sum of One hundred pounds I give and bequeath to my Son Samuel Holman the Sum of two hundred Pounds I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Revitt the Wife of Joseph Revitt the Sum of One hundred and fifty Pounds I give and bequeath my daughter Hannah Frost the Wife of Joseph Frost the Sum of One hundred and fifty Pounds And I give and bequeath to my Grand daughter Hannah Holman the daughter of by Daniel Holman the Sum of twenty Pounds And my Will is that if any of my Children die in my lifetime without issue the share of such Children shall be equally divided among my house so surviving Children and if any of my Children die in my lifetime leaving Issue the share of such Child shall be equally divided among his or her surviving Issue And in Case my Property shall not be sufficient to discharge the above legacies my Will is Any Thing here in to the Contrary notwithstanding that my Property be divided by an equal Pound rate in the same Proportion as the above named legacy is our bequeathed And in Case there be any Surplus over and above the Payment of my debts and funeral Expences and the discharge of the above Legacies I give and bequeath the same to my Executor Roger Ratliffe In Trust to divide the same equally among my Surviving Children In Witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and Seal as and for my last Will and Testament at Haversham Mill aforesaid this eighteenth day of April in the Year of our Lord On thousand eight hundred and four Mary Holman Signed Sealed and delivered by the above named Mary Holman as and for her last Will and Testament at the Time and Place above written in the Presence of us Evⁿ Beavan Clk Ed Cooke LLB Rector of Haversham
