| In the name of god Amen the vjth daye of Aprill in the yeare of our lord 1603 I John Leake of Havesham being sick in bodye but of good and perfect remembrance doe make my last will and testament in manner and forme following, ffirst I bequeath, my soule to Almighti god my creator and Redemer and my bodye to Christian burvall in sure and certayne hope that the same shall Rise agayne to everlasting lyfe, Item I geve and bequeath to my sister Marye leake xxs And all the rest of my goods I geve and bequeath to my father Randulphe leake, And doe make him my sole Executor to see this my last will and testament executed and fulfilled Witnesses at the making hereof John Byrd, William Britain |
