In the name of god Amen the ixth day of June in the yeare of our lord god 1613 I Randolphe Leake of Haversham in the Countie of Bucks doe make my last will and testament in manner and forme as foloweth: ffust I give and bequeath my soule and spirit, into the hands of Allmightie god my creator and redemer, and my bodie unto the earth from whence yt was taken to be buried in the Churchyard of Haversham as is aforesaid concering my worldlie goods my will is and I give and bequeath, both goods Chatles and Cattle whatsoever I am possessed of at the day of my death unto Anne Glover and Marie Glover the daughters of William Glover my sonne in law to be equallie devided Betwixt them, when they shall acomplishe the age of xviijth yeares But provided this my will is that Joane Leake my sayd wiefe, shall have the possession and use of them, all my sayd goods chattels and Catles whatsoever to use them during her natural liefe And after the decease of Jone my wiefe then my will is that William Glover my sayd sonne in law or mary his wiefe or the Executors of them, shall occupie those same goods Chattles and Cattles whatsoever and have the use of them for the better bringing upp of her sayd children until the sayd Anne and marie shall accomplishe the age of xviijth yeares, as is before specified Alsoe my will is that yf anie of thes ij children shall happen to die and departe this liefe before that tyme before specified, that then the goods before bequeathed shall Remayne to the Survivor for ever of anie one of them then living. And lastlie I doe make Joane Leake my sole and onlie executrix of all thes my goods chattels and Cattells to se my bodie buried and all other Rights and dues discharged. In Wittnes whereof I have published the same as my last will and testament in the presence of thos whose names are underwritten and in the day and yeare ffirst above written.
