In the Name of God Amen I Amey Newman of Haversham in the county of Bucks spinster do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say First I commit my Body to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereafter named and as for my Temporal Estate I give and bequeath thereof as followeth First I Will that my Funeral Charges and all other my lawful Debts be paid and discharged Item I give to my Brother Thos Green five shillings Item I give to my Brother John Church of five shillings to buy each of them a pair of Gloves and all the rest and residue of my Personal Estate Goods and Chattels whatsoever or wheresoever I give and bequeath to my Niece Elizabeth Wife of Henry Atterbury whom I do make sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament My Will and meaning is that what money I leave at my death If that be not out at Interest, it shall be put out by my Executrix and she shall enjoy he the profits thereof during the term of her natural Life and after her decease the Principal and Interest shall go to her Children and be equally divided betwixt them share and share alike In Witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this sixteenth day of September one thousand seven hundred and fifty two.
