This is the Last Will of me William Times of Haversham in the County of Bucks Yeoman made the ninth day of June Twenty ninth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth And in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Fifty Six First I Will Order and Direct that all my Just Debts Legacys and Funeral Expences be fully paid and Satisfyed Next I give and Devise unto my Sister Elizabeth Washbourn (the Wife of Mathew Washbourn of Farthinghoe in the County of Northampton Baker) All my Messuage or Tenement with the Barns Stables Outhouses and Appurtenances thereto belonging Situate standing and being in Farthinghoe aforesaid now or late in the Occupation of Elizabeth Times Widow or her assigns and also those my three Closes of Inclosed Ground lying and being in Farthinghoe aforesaid Now or late in the Occupation of the said Mathew Washbourn or his Assigns And all other my Messuages Cottages Land Tenements Hereditament and Premises Situate lying and being in Farthinghoe aforesaid To hold to my said Sister Elizabeth Washbourn and her assigns for and during the Term of her Natural life And from and after her Decease I give and Devise the aforesaid Messuage or Tenement Closes Lands Herditament and Premises with their Appurtenances unto my nephew Lawrence Times (Son of my brother John Times late of Farthinghoe aforesaid yeoman deceased To Hold to my said nephew Lawrence Times his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assignes for ever Next I give and bequeath to my Sister Margaret Jackson of Haversham aforesaid Widow the Sum of Fifteen Pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid her within Twelve months next after my Decease Next I Give and bequeath to my Sister Sarah Beardmore of Haversham aforesaid Widow the Sum of Thirty Pounds of like Lawfull Money of Great Britain to be paid her within Twelve months next after my decease Next I Give and bequeath to my said Sister Elizabeth Washbourn the Sum of Thirty Pounds of like lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid her within Twelve Months next after my decease Next I Give and bequeath to William Roberts (Son of my nephew William Roberts late of Haversham aforesaid Yeoman deceased) the Sum of Fifty Pounds of like lawfull Money of Great Britain to be paid him on the Attainment of his Age of Twenty one years Next I Give and bequeath to Ann Roberts (Daughter of my said Nephew William Roberts) the Sum of Fifty Pounds of like lawfull Money of Great Britain to be paid her on the Attainment of her Age of Twenty one years Next I Give and bequeath to my Sister Elizabeth Times of Farthinghoe aforesaid Widow the Sum of Twenty Pounds of like lawfull Money of Great Britain to be paid her within Six Months next after my Decease Next I Give and bequeath to the said Mathew Washbourn Richard Wrenn of Haversham aforesaid Yeoman And Richard Ratcliff of Haversham aforesaid Yeoman the Sum of One hundred Pounds of like lawful money of Great Britain In Trust that they the said Mathew Washbourn Richard Wrenn and Richard Ratcliff or the Survivor of them or the Executors or Administrators of such Survivor do and shall as soon as conveniently may be after my decease place out the same at Interest on Government or other Securities as they in their Discretion shall from time to time think best And the Interest and produce thereof shall from time to time be paid to my said Sister Sarah Beardmore or her Assigns for and during the Term of her Natural life And from and Immediately after her decease I Give and bequeath the said principal Sum of One hundred pounds to my nephews and nieces William Time Peter Times Mathew Times Thomas Times the said Lawrence Times Mary Times Elizabeth Times and Ann Times the Sons and Daughters of my said Brother John Times when they shall respectively attain their Ages of Twenty one Years And to be Equally Divided between them share and share alike Next I Give and bequeath to the said Mathew Washbourn Richard Wrenn and Richard Ratcliff Three Guineas each to buy them Rings to wear in memory of me And I do hereby Desire that John Hall of Newport Pagnell in the said County of Bucks Gentleman will Assist my Trustees and Executors in the Execution of this my Will Next I Give and bequeath to the said Mathew Washbourn Richard Wrenn and Richard Ratcliff the Sum of Ten Pounds of good and Lawfull Money of Great Britain In Trust that they the said Mathew Wshbourn Richard Wrenn and Richard Ratcliff or the Survivor of them or the Executors or Administrators of such Survivor do and shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto Margaret Whiting the wife of Henry Whiting of Haversham aforesaid Yeoman the Sum of Ten Pounds in manner following that is to say the Sum of twelve pence of like lawfull money of Great Britain every Week until the said Sum of Ten Pounds shall be fully paid to the said Margaret Whiting if she shall so live the first payment thereof to begin and made within One Week next after my decease But in Case the said Margaret Whiting shall dye and Depart this life before she hath received the said Sum of Ten Pounds in manner above mentioned Then my mind and Will is that so much of the said Sum of Ten pounds as shall be then remaining in the hands of my Said Trustees unpaid as above Directed shall be Equally divided between my said nephews and nieces the said William Times Peter Times Thomas Times Lawrence Times Mary Times Elizabeth Times and Ann Times in Equal Shares and proportions Next I Give and bequeath to my said nieces Mary Times Elizabeth Times and Ann Times All my Household Linnen to be Equally Divided between them share and share alike Next all the rest Residue and Remainder of my Goods Chattels and Personal Estate of what nature Sort or kind soever and wheresoever after all my said Just Debts Legacies and Funeral Expences are fully paid and discharged I Give and bequeath to my said Nephews and Nieces William Times Peter Times Mathew Times Thomas Times Lawrence Times Mary Times Elizabeth Times and Ann Times to be paid them by my said Trustees and Executors herein after named when they shall Attain their respective Ages of Twenty one Years and to be equally Divided between them share and share alike And I do hereby further Will Direct Order and Appoint that my Trustees and Executors hereinafter named or the Survivor of them or the Executors or Administrators of such Survivor do and shall as soon as conveniently may be after my Decease Place out at Interest all such said residue and Remainder of my said Personal Estate on Government or other Securities as they in their Discretion shall from time to time think best And the Interest and Produce thereof shall be paid and Applied by my said Trustees and Executors of the Survivor of them or the Executors or Administrators of such Survivor towards the Maintaining Education and bringing up of my said Nephews and Nieces William Times Peter Times Mathew Times Thomas Times Lawrence Times Mary Times Elizabeth Times and Ann Times as my said Trustees and Executors or the Survivor of them or the Executors or Administrators of such Survivor shall think needfull and necessary until they Attain their respective Ages of Twenty one Years And in Case either or any of them my said Nephews or Nieces William Times Peter Times Mathew Times Thomas Times Lawrence Times Mary Times Elizabeth Times and Ann Times shall dye or depart this life before they shall attain their said respective Ages of Twenty one years That then and in such Case of the proportion and share of him her or them so dying shall be Equally Divided between the Survivors and Survivor of them the said William Times Peter Times Thomas Times Lawrence Times Mary Times Elizabeth Times and Ann Times in Equal Shares and Proportions And I do hereby further Will Order and Direct that my said Trustees or the Survivor of them or the Executors or Administrators of such Survivor shall take to him and themselves all such Just and Reasonable Costs charges and Expences as he or they shall be put unto or shall lay out and Expend in the Execution of the Trust hereby in them are Reposed and shall in no wise be Answerable for the Acts of One another but for their Several Proper Acts only and for what they shall respectively receive And shall not be liable to make good any Involuntary Loss or losses that they he or shall happen in the Execution of the Trust hereby in them reposed And without his or their or any of their Wilful Neglect or Default And Lastly I do hereby make Ordain Constitute and Appoint the said Matthew Washbourn Richard Wrenn and Richard Ratcliff Trustees and Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills and declaring this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have to this my Will contained in Two Sheets of Paper (that is to say) to the first Sheet have Subscribed my Name and to the last Sheet have set my hand and Seal the day and year first above written Will Times Signed and Sealed Published and Declared by the said William Times as and for his last Will and
