John Bluck 1699
In the name of God Amen I John Bluck of Little Linford in the County of Bucks yeoman though weak in body yett perfect in sences and memory do make this my last will and Testament as followeth viz: ffirst I give and bequeath my body to the Earth to be decently buried and my soul to God who gave it Secondly I do give and bequeath unto my wife Eady, All my moneys bonds bills Debts dues goods Cattell and Chattells whatsoever Provided always that she shall pay twenty pounds to my son Richard Bluck when he comes to one and twenty years of age and twenty pounds to my daughter Elizabeth Bluck when she comes to one and twenty years of age, and twenty pounds to my son Thomas Bluck when he comes to one and twenty years of age, and twenty pounds to my son Daniel Bluck when he comes to one and twenty years of age And I do appoint my brothers Daniel Bluck Thomas Lavender and Henry Barber trustees and overseers of this my last will and Testament to see every thing done and Executed according to the true intent and meaning hereof And further that if my wife Continue a widow then she may keep the aforesaid Severall Summes of money in her own hands till they Come to age but if she shall marry another husband before the Children Come to age then she shall pay in the money to the Said Trustees or give them good and sufficient security for it and then she shall make a widows will before she marrys and shall add to each Child's portion something according to her ability And further if any of the Children dye before they come to age then that Childs respective Summe shall be equally divided amongst the rest and so if any other dye so to be divided amongst the rest and if it should happen that all the Children should dye before they come to age then to the only sole use and behoof of my wife and to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Wittness whereof I have Sett my hand and seal this twenty first day of ffebruary in the tenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord William the third by the Grace of God of England Scotland ffrance and Ireland King Defender of the ffaith and in year of our Lord 1697 John Bluck Sealed and delivered with the publick Stamp appearing hereon in the presence of Thomas Cox James Milles John Marriott
