This fascinating and thought-provoking exhibition will tell the story of local women’s lives, experiences, and history through an array of loaned and donated objects.
Following an appeal to girls and women in the area to suggest objects, the exhibition features around 100 loaned items. Alongside them are objects from the Museum’s own historic collection, as well as items made specially.
The exhibition has been supported by Milton Keynes Community Foundation and Milton Keynes Council, and takes place in one of the new galleries created as part of a £7.2 million expansion project at the Museum.
