Organised by: Music for All at St Mary and St Giles

We launch the organ festival with a free lunchtime organ and cello concert with Jonathan Kingston at the Willis organ console and James Jarvis playing his Rex England (Stony Stratford) made cello, as they demonstrate the diverse sounds and capabilities of the two instruments together. The concert will include music by Vivaldi, Hindemith and Mathews.

No pre-booking required. This is a drop in event with refreshments available, or you can bring your own sandwiches to eat while you listen – a relaxed and fun concert for everyone to enjoy. Groups from local schools are most welcome to attend. Donations to the Organ Maintenance Fund welcomed.

Location: The church is on the corner of Church Street and the High Street in the centre of Stony Stratford.  Free parking nearby in Market Square, Horn Lane Car park or behind the Cock Hotel.

Access: Wheelchair access via the Parish Hall. On-site accessible toilets. Hearing loop. Assistance dogs welcome. Pushchair/pram friendly.
