Escorted court visits by magistrates.
Sit on the Bench and in the dock in an empty courtroom whilst being briefed about the work of the court and sentencing. Then we observe in a working courtroom followed by an explanation of what we have witnessed and a Q&A session.
Opening Times: Morning and afternoon sessions 9.30 – 12.45 and 13.30 – 16.30.
Location: Enter through the main entrance and go through security.
Access: Full wheelchair access. On-site accessible toilets. Hearing loop.
Booking: Pre-booking essential – maximum 12 per session. Young people over 14 years only.
