Join artists and pilgrims at Bradwell Abbey’s Medieval Fair for the launch of the new Pilgrims’ Trail walking and cycling route.

Find the Pilgrims’ stand and explore the stories, images and plants from the trail. From medieval to modern Milton Keynes, the trail will help you uncover a new side to the city captured in an almanac of song, folklore and local history.

There will be an optional led cycle ride along the new Pilgrims’ Trail to Westbury Arts Centre. This is approximately an 8 mile round trip along an easy flat route which takes in Loughton Valley and medieval sites at Shenley, stopping for refreshments at Westbury Arts Centre before returning to Bradwell Abbey. Cycle ride starts at 1.00 pm returning by 4.00 pm.

Suitable for adults and children of 12 and over.

Location: There is ample parking on the adjoining industrial estate. There is limited parking on the actual Abbey site itself so please keep this free for the less abled.

Access: Full wheelchair access. On-site disabled parking. On-site accessible toilets.  Assistance dogs welcome. Pushchair/pram friendly.
