Note – Due to demand for places, 25th is a repeat of 24th.  If Covid restictions mean that Knuston cannot be used, the lectures will be presented via Zoom at 10.00am-12.30pm on 24th and 25th.

1. Devastation – Tsunami, asteroids, insect plagues


11.30 am-12.30 pm

2. Great plagues – pestilence and their economic, social and political consequences.


2.00pm-3.00 pm

3. Volcanic eruptions and how to survive them………. or not!



4. Disease, medicine and death!

The final cost is £50 per day to cover lectures, refreshments and food.
A deposit of £10 will secure your place. This will cover the Zoom lectures if Knuston Hall cannot open on the day.
When Knuston Hall is confirmed as open the remaining £40 will be required. Please contact Ann Burrows by 30th June at : for payment details.
