In the Name of God Amen I George Cave of Old Stratford in the County of Northampton Yeoman Do make publish and declare my last will and testament in manner following (that is to say) I give and devise unto Mary Line of Denshanger in the Parish of Passenham in the said County of Northampton (wife of Thomas Line of the same Place Baker) All and every the Messuages Cottages Closes Lands Hereditaments and Real Estate with their Appurtenances situated in Denshanger aforesaid which I purchased of Mr Joseph Proctor To hold to her the said Mary Line her heirs and assigns for ever But in case the said Mary Line shall happen to die without leaving lawful Issue or leaving Issue such Issue shall not live to attain the age of twenty one years Then from and immediately after her decease or the decease of such Issue under the age of twenty one years I give and devise the Messuage Tenement with the Barns Stables Hovels Farm Yard and Garden there unto adjoining them belonging situate at Denshanger aforesaid and now in the occupation of the said Thomas Line (being part of the Hereditaments herein before devise unto the said Mary Line) Unto the said Thomas Line his heirs and assigns for ever And I give and devise the Close of Pasture Ground and of the Cottages now in the occupation of [left blank] Clarke and [left blank] Yeates (being the remaining part of the Hereditaments herein before devise unto the said Mary Line) Unto the said Thomas Line for a term of six years if he shall no long live such term to comments from the day of the death of the said Mary Line (if she shall happen to die without Issue) And from and after the expiration of the said term of six year I give and devise the said Close and Cottages with their Appurtenances unto my Nephew George Cave of Piddington in the said county of Northampton Farmer To hold to him the said George Cave his heirs and assigns for ever All and every other my Messuages Cottages Closes Lands Hereditaments and Real Estate whatsoever And also all and singular my Personal Estate I give and bequeath unto my said Nephew George Cave his heirs and executors administrators and assigns for ever He paying thereout all my just debts Funeral and Testamentary expences And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said nephew George Cave sole Executor of this my Will Hereby revoking all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal the twenty ninth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven George Cave  Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator George Cave as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto Jn^o Fr: Congreve  Edw^d Harris John Jones
