Mary Chibnall 1848

This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Chibnall of Old Stratford in the County of Northampton widow First I direct all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expences be fully paid and satisfied I give and bequeath all and every my monies securities for money and other personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my dear son Thomas Chapman of Wicken in the County of Northampton Farmer absolutely Subject nevertheless to the payment of the Legacy or sum of one hundred pounds to each of my six Grandchildren Elizabeth, George Josiah, Mary Jane, John, Ann and Joseph Chapman the sons and daughters of my said son Thomas Chapman within Twelve Calendar Months next after my decease which a Legacy or sum of one hundred pounds a piece I do hereby give and bequeath to my said Grandchildren accordingly And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said son Thomas Chapman sole Executor of my said will In Witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of November one thousand eight hundred and illeg eight Mary Chibnall Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the said Mary Chibnall the testator as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us at the same time who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have here unto subscribed our names as witnesses the word six having been first interlined between the eighth and ninth lines George Worley John Parrott Stony Stratford
