This is the last Will and Testament of me Philip Johnson of Old Stratford in the County of Northampton Yeoman I give and bequeath unto my niece Sarah Sleath the legacy or sum of Fifty pounds I give and bequeath unto my Sister Elizabeth Johnson a legacy or sum of one hundred pounds All the Rest Residue and Remainder of my personal property whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath unto my father Edward Johnson and I appoint the said Edward Johnson sole Executor of this will hereby revoking all other wills I declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of October one thousand eight hundred and fifty four Philip Johnson Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator Philip Johnson as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto George Buck Surgeon Stony Stratford Edw^d Harris Clerk to Mr Congreve Stony Stratford
