Edward Tapp 1826

This is the last Will and Testament of Edward Tapp of Old Stratford in the County of Northampton made by him being in sound mind this twelfth day of August in the year of our Lord 1825 All my property of every description and of every kind and denomination I leave to my dear Wife Anna Maria Tapp after all my just debts are paid except the following All my Wearing Apparel and Wardrobe of every kind I leave and bequeath to my brothers Thomas Tapp and William Tapp to be equally divided between them I also recommend my dear Wife to be kind to my good Mother also to my poor Brothers Thomas and William Should Income exceed what her rents and necessary comforts require but not otherwise and I leave this entirely at and to her own direction knowing her goodness of heart I appoint my Wife my Executrix Also my father in law Joshua Thorne my brother James Tapp and Henry Samuel Kettle my Executors To every particulars of which I set my hand and seal this 12th day of August 1825 Edward Tapp Witnesses John Long Charles Bullis
