William Timbs 1832

This is the last Will and Testament of me and William Timbs Old Stratford in the county of Northampton Butcher First I will order and direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be fully paid and satisfied I give devise and bequeath all those my several freehold Messuages or Tenements small Close or Pightle of pasture Land situate and being at Potterspury in the County of Northampton and lately purchased by me of William Jackson and also all that my leasehold Messuage or Tenement with the appurtenances situate and being on the Westside of Stony Stratford in the County of Buckingham now in the tenure or occupation of [left blank] Odell and also all and singular my household goods and furniture monies securities for money stock in trade debts and all other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever or wheresoever or of what nature or kind the same may be unto my dear Wife Martha Timbs to and for her own absolute use and benefit And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my friend William Green of Stony Stratford aforesaid Butcher and my said Wife Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills and Testamentary depositions here by me made and declaring alone to be my last Will and Testament relying however upon the kind feeling and generous disposition of my said Wife that in the event of any part of the property remaining at her decease I do hereby request that she will dispose of one moiety thereof to Alice the Wife of Robert Webb of Potterspury aforesaid Butcher In witness whereof I the said William Timbs the Testator have to this my last will and Testament set my hand and seal this eleventh day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two Wm Timbs Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator William Timbs as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have here unto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto Edmd Reeve Clerk to Mr E.
