Displays (Saturday)

There will be displays in the library by Towcester Museum,The Historic Towcester Survey Group, The Community Landscape Archaeology Survey Project (CLASP) and paintings of Old Towcester buildings by Val Goldfinch. In addition, the History Society will be showing some of the Society’s archives, including old photographs and will be selling its publications.

Talks (Saturday)

These talks will be in the rooms off the main library.
Limited seating available so please arrive early to ensure a place.

An Old Town Journey (Sunday)

Guided walk by Brian Giggins, starting at the entrance of the Forum.

We will look at some of the fascinating heritage around the town centre. To join this walk, ask at the library reception to put you on the list on Saturday 11th May ONLY. STRICTLY LIMITED TO 20 PERSONS. Length of walk about one mile along pavements and footpaths.
